This was my sixth truck purchase from Fertita CHEVROLET. The salesman Andrew were very helpful in finding me the exact truck that I was looking for. The process was very streamlined and all of the people there are friendly and welcoming. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Fertita CHEVROLET.

The price was diferent when the car was ready, they don’t remove the plastic on the seat and the mats while my car was sitting in the sun

This was my first visit to the dealership since its ownership change. The whole experience went pretty well other than two issues. The first and most important is that I had a bill for over 2400$ just for a left signal repair and second when I came in the get my truck my tool box had shifted in the back to where it was just being held up by my 5th wheel hitch. My service writer was awesome and handed everything in and out very well.

Picked up truck after a service and vehicle was dirty inside and out. I was contacted by service manager and he scheduled a full vehicle detail for me. They made it right and the detail job was great.

This was my second vehicle purchase from Fertitta Chevrolet. Both purchases were pleasant experiences. My sales person was Natalie both times. She was awesome to work with. Patient, knowledgeable about the vehicle and the buying process. I feel both times I got a great deal. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I typically don’t look forward to the car buying process, but Fertitta Chevrolet made it an awesome experience.

We have purchased parts in the past and that department ais engaging and has no problem with assisting me with putting my purchases onto my car. I recently worked with Brandi in service pertaining to a check engine light on my Tahoe. She gave us all of the information we needed and answered all of our questions (there were a lot of questions)The mechanic working on it covered everything that the problem could be and communicated well with Brandi. Jose’ the valet drove me home, and also picked me up when my vehicle was ready and he is a great guy. .Also a shout out to women answering the phones. They were always nice and helpful. My husband and I trust this dealership because they are hard working people like we are and they understand costs, but most importantly want to keep their customers safe.
