The price was diferent when the car was ready, they don’t remove the plastic on the seat and the mats while my car was sitting in the sun
This was my first visit to the dealership since its ownership change. The whole experience went pretty well other than two issues. The first and most important is that I had a bill for over 2400$ just for a left signal repair and second when I came in the get my truck my tool box had shifted in the back to where it was just being held up by my 5th wheel hitch. My service writer was awesome and handed everything in and out very well.
Picked up truck after a service and vehicle was dirty inside and out. I was contacted by service manager and he scheduled a full vehicle detail for me. They made it right and the detail job was great.
This was my second vehicle purchase from Fertitta Chevrolet. Both purchases were pleasant experiences. My sales person was Natalie both times. She was awesome to work with. Patient, knowledgeable about the vehicle and the buying process. I feel both times I got a great deal. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I typically don’t look forward to the car buying process, but Fertitta Chevrolet made it an awesome experience.

I have lived in ClearLake for 40 years and purchased my first Chev at Fertitta went well, but after going in for service on 3 occasions have found the service Bad, can't correct the problems, provide bad information when making the appointments and the cell phone that responded was for a roofing company but stated it was Fertitta Chevrolet??? Appointment was made with misleading information regarding the cost. The manager hides and doesn't respond when I asked to speak to the manager. The service is personal and they didn’t spend a lot of time trying to upsell me on things I’d didn’t want or need.

Fertitta Chevrolet a dealerships like none other. Amazing staff. I bought a 2025 Chevy Traverse. I got an awesome deal compared to other dealerships I had been to. Check them out you won't be disappointed. Brandon my sales guy will call me from time to time to make sure everything is good, ask if there's anything I need or that he can do. Buying out of state is very difficult and I found a car I wanted to buy after a couple weeks of back and forth the communication at this place is Pathetic at best. Save your money and more importantly your time, just go to Fertitta. No ridiculous add ons (only tint, door and ring guard for $399 - versus other dealerships charging $1200 to over $4000 in mandatory add ons). Zero high pressure sales tactics and amazing culture to make customers feel comfortable, not just a number. Financing was smooth and comfortable versus other dealerships with high pressure additional add ons. Happy to business with them and will recommend to anyone looking for a Chevy.

I have brought my 2023 Chevy Tahoe in 4 times to get the radio and car charger fixed. I’m told that their is nothing they can do, but can call me when they get it figured out. Never heard of a dealer saying that. I brought it in and they tell me at 2:45 that the guy had to leave and didn’t want to help me. Never heard from the manager either. I have bought several Chevrolets and never been treated like this from Lone Star Chevrolet.

This dealership, has been Great to work with over the last 13+ Years, buying multiple multiple vehicles - Continue, to come back because of the “Small Town Attitude”, their commitment to their employees, their commitment to their customers, and my Sole Salesman Gregg McAlpine… Purchase prices, have climbed Dramatically, the last two totaling Over $134,000, but have a dealership we can trust, helps minimize the anquish… Have recommended several friends and coworkers, and have even attended purchases to help negotiate the purchase price - Wouldn’t do that if I was wasn’t a “fan”…

My salesperson was great and very helpful, kept me informed on what was going on with getting my loan. The finance person was great at going over the loan agreement. After I signed the loan papers, the salesperson went over the features in the SUV I bought so I knew how everything worked. I hope the service people are as great as the salespeople are.

Even after the purchase she has checked in on us to make sure everything is still going smoothly. Norman Frede may have changed owners but it still feels like the same no pressure, family friendly dealership it has always been.
This is my 6th vehicle to purchase from this dealership and probably the 12th for my family. I continue to bring my business back because of the no pressure atmosphere and family culture the staff has galvanized with their customers. Buying a vehicle for a lot of people is the most or second most expensive purchase they will make in their lives. Really enjoyed the dealership always my vehicles from there. The only issue that I had is the finance man manager is very very pushy, was that a point that I was ready to get up and leave very . Did not appreciate that. Brett as a car salesman. I would give him a 10 if I could.

Service personnel were excellent. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Service was fast. (That is all I need to say). You know in typing speed test, letters spaces, etc are counted by 5. Which means I did more than 15. You have to be old to know that piece of information.
