For more than 45 years, this location served generations of drivers as Norman Frede Chevrolet, building a reputation for service, relationships, and a strong connection to the Webster and Greater Houston communities.

In 2024, the Fertitta family acquired the Chevrolet store, bringing with them a new vision for its future while respecting the legacy that came before it.

Led by Houston entrepreneur Tilman Fertitta, the Fertitta family has built businesses across hospitality, entertainment, professional sports, and automotive retail with one principle at the center: the customer experience matters.

That philosophy now defines Fertitta Chevrolet.
